Changhe owns 200 sets processing machines, which includes CNC boring lathe, CNC vertical lathe, CNC planer milling machiner,CNC horizontal lathes, CNC cutting machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, and other general lathe, grinder, planer, milling machine, drilling machine, twin beam overhead crane for 10 to 30 ton.
Production management center, which is responsible for the organization and management of the production, consists of riveting and welding workshop, cold-processing workshop and Assembly workshop.
Workers are divided into different teams to be professionally in charge of each processing of components and parts and the assembling procedures.
Changhe implements performance evaluation system to evaluate the performance of each work team and monitor product quality and production schedule.
Changhe’s Quality control procedure includes: self inspection, mutual inspection, patrol inspection and one-to-one inspection.
Instead of outsourcing, Changhe requires all the key parts being processed in its own work shop to insure the quality. The parts such as Crane Boom, Clamping Box, Pillar, Piling Cylinder Beam, Machine Body, Cantilever, Hydraulic Oil Circuit, and Clamping Jaw are all finished processing in Changhe’s workshops.
